API to connect other systems
Live has an API to connect your restaurant with your website, your app, an order hub or your accounting system: locations, floor, menu, sold-out dishes, bills, payments, customers, kitchen, deliveries and drivers. It works with signed read-only or read-and-write keys and comes with the Cadena plan.
Secure keys
Keys are created and revoked from the Restaurants settings, with an optional expiry date, and every request is signed.
- Read-only or read-and-write permission
- HMAC signature on every request
- External reference so orders coming from another system are not duplicated
Data always up to date
Lists return only what changed since the last request, so another system can sync without downloading everything each time.

Which plan includes the API?
The Cadena plan, from 3 locations, includes it. For the other plans, write to us and we will tell you the options.
Does it connect to PedidosYa or Uber Eats on its own?
No. The API lets another system send orders to Live, but there is no ready-made connection with those platforms today.
Can I give out a key just for reading?
Yes. You can create read-only keys and revoke them whenever you want.
