This site belongs to JIVSoft (Machala, El Oro, Ecuador) and presents Live - Restaurant Management.

What data we keep

What you type in the trial form: name, business, city, WhatsApp, optional email, type of place, locations, plan and message. Also the IP address and browser of the submission, to prevent abuse.

What we use it for

To contact you about the Live trial and its setup. We do not sell it or share it with third parties for advertising.

If you create your account in Live

The trial buttons on the plans take you to the Live sign-up page (live.jivsoft.com), also run by JIVSoft. What you type there goes straight to Live to create your account; this site only passes along the plan, the number of locations and which page you came from.

Visit statistics

We measure anonymously how the site is used: pages viewed, where visits come from, country, device type, button clicks and loading speed. We use our own statistics, with no cookies or third-party tools. Each visitor is identified by a code that changes every day and cannot reveal who they are; your IP address is not stored in the statistics. If your browser asks not to be tracked (Do Not Track or GPC), we only count the visit, with no other data.

Cookies

The informational pages use no cookies. The form uses a technical session cookie while you fill it in, needed for its security.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to support@jivsoft.com, under Ecuador's Organic Law on Personal Data Protection.
