One app for the whole team
The Live team app has a mode for each role: waiter, cashier, kitchen, dispatch and driver. Each person signs in with their own user and sees only their own work, and a tablet can stay locked in one mode. It comes with the Pro plan, at USD 59 a month per location.
One mode per role
Modes appear according to each user permissions, so the waiter does not see the register and the driver only sees their deliveries.
- Waiter: table map, ordering at the table and a notice when a dish is ready
- Cashier: split bills, several payment methods and tips
- Kitchen: one screen per station with waiting times
- Dispatch and driver: order board, address, payment method and cash to hand in
Built for the floor
On a tablet the app uses two panels to show the list and the detail at the same time.

No. Pricing is per location: create all the users you need.

Does the app work without internet?
No. It needs a connection. If it drops, the app blocks actions until it is back so no orders are lost.
